Endurance Road Rally Championship 2009

The winners of last year's Rover Centre Championship have been announced.
Well done to all of those who took part - registrations were just shy of one hundred drivers and navigators.
 
And this year is on target with 28 received so far but, obviously more expected as the opening rounds get nearer.
 
Congratulations to the following:
 
First Overall Driver - Jamie ‘little legs’ Tuner - Wins the ‘Restore Nutrition Trophy’.
 
First Overall Navigator - Andrew ‘carried by a Turner’ Dadswell - Wins the ‘Torqbar Trophy’.
  
Second Overall Driver - Matt ‘the compass’ Fowle
 
Second Overall Navigator - Ian ‘lanky legs’ Collings
 
Third Overall Driver - Ian ‘I love Peugeots’ Mepham
 
Third Overall Navigator - Mike ‘the daddy’ Turner
 
1300 Driver - Ben ‘I’ve got a Rover now’ Dawson
 
1300 Navigator - Mike ‘the flood’ Dawson
 
Although no class was stated for diesels, we think that a special ‘award’ and mention should go to Dave Wright and Lindsay Annison who have been rallying a VW Golf 1.9D.
