Endurance Road Rally Championship 2009

The dual permit event ran successfully for its second year over the weekend.

Carlton & District Motor Club and The Organisers of the Huntsman have issued the following statement to quash any rumours:
 
Despite the low number of entries the club for the second year running will take a significant financial hit to support grassroots motorsport.
 

We are still in need of a few marshals [particully for the road rally - breakfast for two controls ,goody bag for all].
 
Entries are not at the level we would have liked at this time. "The organising committee would like to hear from Endurance competitors as to why they have not yet entered the event.
 

The re-arranged date for the Great Bustard is just TWO weeks away. The organisers have done a sterling job in turning everything around after the disapppointment of postponing the opening round of the championship due to heavy snow.
